We needed a software solution for On Call management with specific criteria. We built it and are sharing it with other hospitals.

We use Sencha JavaScript API and JQuery Mobile for our application platform. This makes a web application that can run on virtually any platform.

Organization Phone Book
We use a 'Contact Protocol' so providers can have separate phone numbers based on days of week/hrs of week for those that work multiple places. The phone book can be browsed internally in departments without a login, secured by IP address, accessed on the web or mobile platform. The phone book can be interfaced to your credentialing software free of charge.
Text Notifications
Text an entire on call team with 1 button. Allow for custom responses for each scheduling group. Get delivery notifications by phone.
On Call Schedules
Schedules for a hospitals on call schedule, or a team or department. Each department can have their own calendar, then the on call portion can be joined into a single hospital on call calendar.
